We seek a practical, reliable, and field-oriented person with good people skills to serve as Field Operations Assistant.
- The ideal candidate should be responsible, respectful, disciplined, observant, and willing to work closely with rural community stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
The Field Operations Officer will monitor water kiosk attendance, water sales records, kiosk cleanliness, user feedback, basic operational challenges, the daily activities of Kiosk Attendants and ensure that each Smart Water Kiosk operates smoothly, efficiently, and in line with set standards.
- He will communicate regularly as instructed with community leaders, field partners, and other stakeholders to support smooth kiosk operations and community cooperation.
- He will report pertinent issues clearly and do other field-related duties as may be assigned to him from time to time.
