Job Title: Fresh CNG Technician
Job Summary
- All selected candidates will be trained in CNG conversion and on the CNG conversion kits.
- The trainied individuals will work as a CNG Technician.
Requirements & Qualifications
FSLC, OND, or SSCE / GCE / NECO with relevant experience.
- Communication: Explaining complex technical issues clearly and simply to non-technical users.
- Active Listening: Paying close attention when clients or coworkers describe a problem to properly diagnose the root cause.
- Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Using a logical, step-by-step approach to investigate unique errors and find practical solutions.
- Customer Service & Empathy: Displaying patience and understanding when dealing with users who are facing tech downtime.
- Attention to Detail: Following safety protocols,and avoiding small configuration mistakes.
Adaptability & Continuous Learning:
- Keeping up with rapidly changing hardware tools.
Time Management & Prioritization: Organizing multiple support requests or urgent service requests efficiently to meet response goals.
Teamwork & Collaboration: Working smoothly alongside other engineers, developers, and support staff on shared projects.
