CapitalSage Holdings is inviting qualified graduates to apply for its SageForge Graduate Trainee Programme 2026.
- SageForge is CapitalSage Holdings’ flagship graduate programme designed as a structured leadership and professional development journey.
- Participants will gain exposure to live projects and real business challenges across financial services, technology, healthcare, agribusiness and other sectors.
Programme Structure
Successful applicants will participate in a six-week development journey comprising:
- Three weeks of intensive training in either Ibadan or Akure.
- Three weeks of hands-on experience within a CapitalSage business.
The broader SageForge programme is designed as a structured twelve-month leadership journey, providing participants with continued opportunities for professional and leadership development.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
- Possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, or possess an NYSC Exemption Certificate.
