Call For Volunteers - DUBAWA 2026 Week For Truth
DUBAWA invites passionate and community-minded individuals to volunteer for its 2026 Week for Truth initiative.
- The outreach campaign aims to promote media and information literacy, combat misinformation and empower parents, guardians and students with practical knowledge for safer and more responsible internet use.
Volunteer Activities
Selected volunteers will receive specialised training to facilitate conversations and outreach activities in schools and communities, focusing on:
- Media and information literacy.
- Fact-checking and verification tools.
- Digital safety and online hygiene.
- Identifying and combating misinformation.
Who Can Apply?
- Individuals passionate about fighting misinformation, promoting digital safety and empowering their communities are encouraged to apply.
- Volunteers will engage with parents, guardians, Junior High School and Senior High School students across the participating countries.

- Ghana, Nigeria, Liberia, Sierra Leone, The Gambia and Senegal
