To be considered for the role of Administrative Officer at Kuda Bank, applicants must meet the following criteria:
• High School Diploma; additional qualifications are beneficial
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office such as Excel and Word is essential
• Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or similar position
• Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. fax, printer, computers, monitors)
• Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Strong communication and people skills
