Job Overview
Our client, a leading merchant payment services firm is launching a B2B global payout service and is seeking a strategic and hands-on Human Resource Manager to lead the HR function across multiple geographies.
- The ideal candidate will be experienced in implementing performance systems (OKRs, KPIs, MPRs), managing HR operations, and driving culture and compliance in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement OKRs, KPIs, and performance review systems
- Lead full-cycle HR operations and develop company-wide HR policies
- Partner with leadership on organizational design and talent strategy
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and Canadian MSB regulations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in fintech or regulated industries
- Strong knowledge of performance frameworks and labor laws
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI) preferred
- Global HR or startup experience is a plus
