We are seeking a results-driven Senior Product Manager with a solid background in the fintech industry to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and drive the product roadmap in line with company strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features
- Conduct user research, analyze data, and derive insights to guide product decisions
- Ensure consistent product performance and continuous improvement
- Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
Requirements:
4–6 years of relevant experience in product management
- Previous experience working within the fintech sector is mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to manage full product lifecycles
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and remote team collaboration
This is a remote position; however, candidates must be based in Lagos for alignment with our operational schedule and occasional physical engagements.
