Job Summary
The Reporting Analyst will collect, reconcile, and verify daily field performance records for the NIMC field operations programme.
- The successful candidate will maintain accurate enrolment and printed-slip registers, track slip delivery, identify discrepancies, and prepare reports to support operational decisions and payroll verification.
Key Responsibilities
Verify daily agent, cluster, and state performance records.
- Maintain accurate enrolment, printed-slip, and payment exception registers.
- Track the printing, dispatch, receipt, and delivery of slips.
- Prepare daily dashboards and weekly performance reports.
- Identify duplicate records, discrepancies, and suspicious claims.
- Submit verified payroll evidence and support audits.
Salary:
- ₦120,000 to ₦150,000 monthly, inclusive of data allowance.
State Coordinator Vacancy
Job Summary
The State Coordinator will oversee field operations across the assigned state, supervise Cluster Leads and coordinate with Reporting Analysts and Technical Officers.
- The role involves monitoring enrolment performance, staff attendance, device availability, and operational challenges to ensure state targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate field deployment and supervise assigned operational teams.
- Monitor attendance, device availability, and cluster productivity.
- Work towards the monthly target of 50,000 verified enrolments across the state.
- Prepare daily state performance dashboards and lead weekly reviews.
- Identify operational challenges and escalate them promptly.
- Develop improvement plans when performance targets are missed.
Salary:
- ₦250,000 monthly, with a performance incentive of ₦5 per verified state enrolment above 50,000 in a calendar month, payable subject to the programme's settlement terms.
