The IGR Initiative, in collaboration with DataFronteira Ltd, is conducting a data collection exercise aimed at enhancing evidence-based decision-making on Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) strategies at the sub-national level in Nigeria.
- To support this, we are recruiting qualified and experienced Field Supervisors and Enumerators to support high-quality data collection across the 36 States and the FCT.

Job Description:
Field Supervisors will oversee field enumerators, ensuring adherence to data collection protocol, maintaining data quality, and providing technical support during the data collection phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of enumerators.
- Ensure compliance with data collection guidelines and ethical standards.
- Conduct quality control checks and verify data entries to ensure accuracy.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to enumerators.
- Submit daily field reports to the Project Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Experience in supervising field teams in surveys or data collection projects.
- Familiarity with a digital data collection platform, preferably Google Forms.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and at least one local language relevant to the assigned region
Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Be at least 20 years old
- Reside in the Senatorial district of interest
- Have a valid means of Identification
- Be familiar with digital survey tools and mobile data collection
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Be fluent in English and the local language of the State capital of residence
- Have proven experience in field data collection or project supervision (is an added advantage).
