We're Hiring: Marketing Professional

Salary - $500 per month

Location: Remote, Anywhere Nigeria and Africa

Type: 

Contract (Can transition to a full time role based on performance)

Requirements & Qualifications 

A minimum of 5+ years of proven experience as a Marketing Professional. 

• Portfolio: This is required and MUST be submitted with your application. 

It should contain writing samples and examples of marketing campaigns or content assets, links to campaigns, or documentation of past results. 

• Platform Awareness: Must understand US CRM tools and platforms. 
• Self-Directed: Should be able to work independently without micromanagement. 
• Tone Fit: Polished, conversational tone preferred (not corporate or overly formal).

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Testing: 

Create and implement a clear, goal-oriented marketing strategy. 

• Test and optimize campaigns based on what’s working (e.g., content type, platform, audience engagement). 
• Align all marketing activities to business goals like profile completions, engagement, and subscriptions. 

Search Engine Optimization and AI Engine Optimization:

Must be fluent with AI prompting and Prompt engineering 

In-depth knowledge of SEO and AEO (this means you can create content that ranks high on AI-powered search engine tools, helping our client become one of the top 10 real estate co-buying platforms found by search engines and AI chatbots. 

Marketing Automation: 

• Strong experience working with CRM tools and building automated marketing workflows, including social media and ads campaigns. 
• Should bring or build a playbook for efficient marketing operations using automation. 

Content & Communications:

Excellent writing skills are required, especially for blog posts, newsletters, and email follow-ups. 

Ability to repurpose content (e.g., webinars, videos) into multi-format deliverables.

Should eventually be able to write in our client’s brand voice and handle writing tasks without constant back-and-forth. 

Must have experience creating commercial-grade content that reflects a professional, branded look and feel.
