We are seeking to identify and pre-qualify experienced and reliable vendors to support our operations in Nigeria.
- Qualified companies are invited to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for inclusion in our approved vendor database.
Project Locations
Bincike International is currently implementing projects and seeking vendor support in the following states in Nigeria: Adamawa, Borno, Kaduna, and Katsina.
Required Service Areas
- We are seeking qualified vendors in the following categories:
- Vehicle Hire Services
- Catering Services
- Accommodation Services
- Travel Agency
- Security Guards and Training
- Printing & Branding
- Event Management
- ICT Supplies (Hardware, Software, and Services)
- Communications (Airtime, Data, Satellite Services, etc.)
- General Supplies (Office equipment, furniture, stationery, etc).
Vendor Requirements and Submission Details
Minimum Vendor Requirements
Interested vendors must meet the following mandatory criteria:
Valid Business Registration (CAC): Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
Proven Experience: Demonstrated track record and technical expertise in the relevant service area(s) for which they are applying.
Operational Capacity: Ability to effectively operate and deliver services in the states mentioned above (Adamawa, Borno, Kaduna, and Katsina).
Competitive Pricing: The ability to offer competitive pricing and flexible, favourable payment terms.
Client References (Preferred): References from previous corporate or NGO clients are highly preferred.
Required Documentation
Vendors must submit the following documents as part of their EOI:
Company Profile: A detailed profile outlining the company’s history, management structure, and core competencies.
Evidence of Past Work: Documentation (e.g., contracts, LPOs, completion certificates) demonstrating experience in the service area(s).
Tax Identification Number (TIN): Proof of a valid TIN.
Bank Details: Official company bank account information.
Contact Information: Full legal address, phone number, and official email address.
