Job Summary

Responsible for fitting, assembling, repairing and maintaining mechanical systems and equipment in the utility department to ensure optimal performance

Job Type: Full Time

Qualification: OND

Experience: 2- 5 years

Location: Kaduna

Key Responsibilities

Carry out mechanical fitting, installation, and alignment of pumps, valves and piping systems.

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance

Repair or replace defective component and mechanical seals
Assist in overhauling utility machines such as compressors, pumps and gearboxes.
Fabricate and install pipe supports, brackets and fittings as required
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Ensure compliance with company safety standards and procedures

Requirements

Technical Certificate, OND, or Trade Test in Mechanical or related field.

2–5 years of hands-on experience in fitting, assembly, and maintenance of mechanical equipment in an industrial environment.
Good knowledge of alignment, welding basics, and use of hand and power tools.
