e-Scape Technologies Limited, a leading IT Solutions company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Qualification: BA/BSc/HND

Job Field: Project Management 

Role

• Coordinate meetings/workshops with beneficiary and partner MDAs; prepare minutes and track action items.
• Support day-to-day operations (scheduling, logistics, admin) and basic procurement/inspection checklists.
• Assist training/ToT, hackathons/IR events, incubation activities, and stakeholder communications.
• Compile M&E data for KPIs and maintain records/archives.

Scope of Work

Governance & PMU support; master schedule and implementation roadmap.

Capacity building: entrepreneurship courses, ToT, mentoring.

Programs: hackathons, IR/seed events, incubation, and global market/investor linkages.

Facilities & equipment support (where applicable): SOPs, checklists, and operations assistance.

M&E and communications: KPI tracking, data-driven reporting, and outreach.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years post University professional experience
• Working proficiency in English; local language ability is an advantage.
• Proven coordination, documentation (MS/Google tools), and stakeholder communication skills.
