Your Role
Your mission as the Field Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety.

Responsibilities
You will:
Report into the Operations Manager.
Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems.
- You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime.
- Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
- Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.
Requirements
To succeed, you will need:
University Degree in Electrical /Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.
3-5 years’ experience with CTS-related products such as overhaul/ repair of Compressors, Air dryers, Generators, and Lighting towers.
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, electrical systems, Elektronikon module knowledge and related components.
- Competent, Self-driven, results-oriented with a focus on high quality and business profit.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus.
- Keen for new experiences and responsibility.
