Role Description

This is a contract based hybrid role for a Field Consultant - Data Collector/Supervisor at Triple M Dashboards. 

  • Responsible for on-the-ground implementation of project activities including: Supervision, Data collection, monitoring, and local engagement. 
  • The field team plays a critical role in executing field-level tasks and feeding reliable data and insights to the central team..

Reporting To:

  • HR & Field Staff Coordination Lead / Project Focal Lead

Location:

  • Across all 774 LGAs (Nationwide) All State's 

Key Responsibilities - Data Collector:

Conduct accurate and timely data collection using digital tools.

  • Engage with local stakeholders to facilitate program activities.
  • Provide real-time feedback and report challenges encountered in the field.
  • Ensure ethical conduct and adherence to project guidelines during fieldwork.
  • Participate in training, debriefs, and review sessions for continuous improvement.
  • Support the implementation of localized interventions as guided by the project leads

Qualifications - Data Collector

Education Minimum: OND/NCE; Preferred: BSc/HND in social sciences, statistics, public health, or related fields.

Experience At least 1 field data collection project (ODK, Kobo, SurveyCTO, etc.)

Technical Skills - Must be proficient with smartphones/tablets- Able to use GPS tools-Able to complete digital forms accurately.

  • Soft Skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills- Attention to detail-Respectful and professional.
  • Language Must speak English and at least 1 local language spoken in the target area
  • Availability Fully available during training and data collection timeframe
  • Other Requirements - Must have a functional Android phone- Must be physically fit for field movement.
  • Bonus Skills - Familiarity with the LGA/Ward-Past experience working with NGOs
