Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the Coca-Cola International Leadership Trainee Program, applicants must:
Hold a university degree or be able to commit full-time to the program while studying
Have up to three years of formal work experience after graduation
- Demonstrate early leadership experience through work, student leadership, NGOs, sports, entrepreneurship, or similar engagements
- Show a strong interest in leadership development within Commercial or Supply Chain functions
- Possess clear professional and leadership ambitions supported by relevant trainings, seminars, or workshops
- Be fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be willing to relocate internationally if required
