The Climate-Smart Farming & Rural Resilience Development Foundation (CSFRRDF) is a registered nonprofit organization based in Nigeria.

Formally rebranded from the Climate-Smart Farmer Hubs Initiative (CSFHI) in late 2025,
it focuses on strengthening the resilience of rural African communities through sustainable agriculture and digital innovation.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in horticulture management or a closely related field.

Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of crop science and greenhouse technology.
Analytical Skills: Proven ability to interpret agricultural data and implement corrective measures.
Operational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities with a focus on detailed documentation and reporting.
Work Ethic: A result-oriented mindset with the ability to lead field teams effectively.
