Role Summary
- We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketer to promote and grow sales of our cakes and bread products.
- The role focuses on increasing brand visibility, driving foot traffic and online orders, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote bakery products
- Manage social media presence and online promotions
- Drive in-store footfall and online orders
- Engage customers and build strong customer relationships
- Support promotional events, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
- Track basic marketing performance and sales impact
- Collaborate with operations and production teams to align promotions
Requirements
Experience in sales, marketing, or digital promotion (food business experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creativity and ability to generate marketing ideas
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing
- Results-oriented mindset
- Residence within IDU, Karimo, Citec, or Life Camp axis (mandatory)
