Job Summary / Duties & Responsibilities
To support business growth by promoting travel loan products throughout Nigeria.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the company meets clients’ expectations.
- Notify customers in advance of the maturity date of their travel loans.
- Diligently perform other responsibilities assigned by the team manager.
- Quickly and effectively resolve client complaints.
Qualification & Experience
OND, First Degree in any discipline from an accredited higher Institution
- Required: Minimum of 1 years of sales and business development experince in the banking/financial sector, Travel and Tourism.
Skills and Competencies:
- Self-starting ability
- Collaborative working and team spiritedness
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Presentation, Negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Knowlegde of the Microsoft Office suite
