- ₦80,000 monthly basic pay
- ₦8,000 Perfect Attendance Bonus
- ₦10,000 Performance Bonus (if target is achieved)
- ₦10,000 Target Bonus (after 3 consecutive wins)
- Salary increase after 3-month probation
- Extra bonuses for team goal achievements
Duties
Promote and sell company products to new and existing clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships within your assigned area
- Follow up on leads and close deals promptly
- Achieve personal and team sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit performance reports
- Experience in field sales (preferred)
Requirement
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Confidence, high energy, and a drive to succeed
- Basic computer literacy
- Must reside in or near Lagos
- Monday - Saturday - 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Qualification: BA/BSc/HND, NCE, OND, Secondary School (SSCE)
Experience: 1-3 years
