Women Reform Organization is a Pan-African, Humanitarian Organization with the social corporate responsibility of creating awareness, enlightenment, and regenerating the giant strides inherent in African Women, through campaigns, empowerment programmes, and advocacy for qualitative education, vocational training & mentorship. 

  • We are also interested in creating a platform of business opportunities for Female Entrepreneurs, with the sole objective of sharpening their entrepreneurship skills aimed at eradicating the penury lifestyle among African Women.

Role Summary

The Volunteer CSR Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the organization’s corporate social responsibility initiatives.

  • This role focuses on building impactful community programs, managing partnerships, mobilizing volunteers, and ensuring that all CSR activities align with the organization’s mission, values, and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement CSR strategies, projects, and community outreach programs.

  • Identify community needs and design interventions that create measurable social impact.
  • Build and manage partnerships with NGOs, community leaders, schools, faith-based groups, and other stakeholders.
  • Plan and oversee CSR events, campaigns, and awareness programs.
  • Track, document, and report the outcomes and impact of CSR initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards and relevant regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Background or strong interest in social impact, community development, public health, education, or related fields.

  • Experience in project management, volunteer coordination, or nonprofit work
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for service, social justice, and community empowerment.
