Our client, a leading Development Finance Institution with a mandate to promote socio‑economic development in Nigeria, is recruiting high‑calibre graduates for its 2026 Management Trainee Programme.

Eligibility criteria

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) in one of the following disciplines: 

Accounting, Banking, Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Human Resources, Information and Communications Technology, Law, Statistics, Psychology, Sociology, or other social sciences. 

• Maximum age 26 years (maximum age 28 years for Law and for candidates holding a master’s degree). 
• Completion of NYSC with a valid discharge certificate. 
• No prior work experience (fresh graduates only). 

Candidates must demonstrate:

• Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills;
