Centre Agent and Manager Needed (Nationwide)

Role overview

We are seeking customer‑focused, detail‑oriented Experience Centre Agents to join our client’s customer service network nationwide.

The successful candidates will deliver excellent in‑person service at experience centres, manage parcels in line with standard operating procedures, and promote the company’s services to walk‑in customers.

Key responsibilities

Welcome and guide walk‑in customers on available products and services.

Educate customers on service level agreements (SLA) and delivery timelines.

Follow standard operating procedures for receiving, storing and releasing parcels.
Maintain shipment visibility through accurate scanning and record keeping.
Inspect parcels to identify and prevent shipment of prohibited items.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate complex issues as required.
Promote and cross‑sell additional company services to customers.
Ensure accurate documentation and safe handling of parcels at all times.

Additional opportunity

Centre Manager positions may also be available for experienced candidates with supervisory or centre‑management experience.

Candidate profile and qualifications

Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in documentation and scanning.
Basic digital literacy; ability to use mobile devices and point‑of‑service systems.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
Previous experience in logistics, courier services, retail or customer service is an advantage.
Willingness to comply with company SOPs and security procedures.

For Centre Manager roles: demonstrated supervisory experience and basic people‑management skills.
