Interested eligible vendors are invited to apply for prequalification, indicating the category of goods, works or services they wish to apply for. Vendors intending to apply for more than one category should clearly state this in their ‘Application for Vendor Prequalification’ document.

• CT/Office equipment.
• Computer desktops
• Printers
• Laptops
• Computer accessories (Batteries, Mouse, Power adaptor, Keyboard, etc.)

Office safe, etc.

Provision of Maintenance Services.

• Car Mechanic/maintenance
• Electrical Maintenance 
• Tricycle mechanic/maintenance
• Generator mechanic/maintenance
• Air condition Maintenance
• General office/guest house maintenance
• Printer/Laptop Maintenance
• Financial Quick book.

Pre‐qualification will be based on meeting the minimum criteria regarding the:

• Applicant’s legal status (registration, demonstrate tax compliance, etc.), 
• Experience, Personnels with ID cards and financial position as demonstrated by their responses where applicable accordingly

How to Apply 

You should submit a detailed proposal/profile indicating the lot(s) under which you want to be prequalified, on or before 13th February, 2026 (05:00pm Maiduguri Time). 

• Envelopes must be clearly marked “Application for Vendor Pre‐qualification 2026”.

Potential vendors must fill in their details in the Pre-qualification register at the submission point before depositing their application.
