Roles and Responsibilities
The Pulse Graduate Intern will be responsible for the following:
- Generating, booking, and accurately clearing vendor bills using the ERP system
- Posting daily transactions into the General Ledger (GL)
- Managing supplier payments and accounts payable
- Handling tax reconciliation, payment, and filing
Ensuring all invoices, purchase orders, tax certificates, contracts, and related documentation comply with local tax regulations and are properly uploaded or referenced in the ERP and Finance Google Drive
