- In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for both freelancers and clients, ensuring smooth communication, quick issue resolution, and an excellent overall experience on our platform.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and professional support to freelancers and clients via email, live chat, and phone
- Assist users with payment processing, escrow-related matters, and platform navigation issues
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns efficiently and empathetically
- Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools
- Consistently deliver a high standard of customer service that builds trust and satisfaction
Requirements
