Store Keeper at Crossover Restaurant
Crossover Restaurant is an Abuja-based restaurant that offers Nigerian and Continental delicacies.
- Receive and inspect all incoming supplies for quality and quantity
Properly store food items following FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principles
- Maintain accurate daily stock records (inflow and outflow)
- Issue supplies to kitchen and service staff based on approved requisitions
- Monitor stock levels and report low or expired items promptly
- Prevent pilferage, spoilage, and wastage of store items
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation
- Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the store area
- Work closely with kitchen and management to plan purchases
Qualification: NCE, OND, Secondary School (SSCE)
Experience: 2-5 years
Location: Abuja
