Elela-Care Humanitarian and Development Organization (ECM) is a youth-led, non-governmental organization dully registered with Nigerian government through Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC/IT NO: 182167).
- Existing since June 2022, ECM focuses on improving the quality of life of vulnerable population across communities in North East Nigeria.
- ECM: operates both in emergency and developmental context and have its programme principally rooted in identifying gaps that affects population or increases
- vulnerability of population and bridging those gaps through resource base planning and implementation.
ECM: is implementing the Resilient Energy and Nature Empowerment for Women (RENEW)
Michika project in Michika LGA, Adamawa State.
- The project empowers women through clean energy training, ecosystem restoration, and community resilience building to address deforestation, indoor air pollution, and gendered energy poverty.
Available Positions:
Project Officer (Climate Resilience) – Michika LGA, Adamawa State
