- This initiative is designed to empower young Nigerians with in-demand digital skills, access to funding, expert mentorship, and real-world experience to thrive in today’s tech-driven world.
- Backed by Airtel’s ₦1 billion digital inclusion commitment, the program aligns with 3MTT’s vision of building a future-ready, digitally skilled workforce for Nigeria.
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered, applicants must:
- Be a young Nigerian interested in building a career in tech
- Have a strong interest in fields such as:
- Software Development
- Data Science & Analytics
- Cybersecurity
- UI/UX Design
- Cloud Computing

- Be committed to completing the fellowship program
