Médecins Sans Frontières Holland in Nigeria Limited by Guarantee is an international private non governmental non profit humanitarian organization.
The organization provides assistance to populations in distress including victims of natural or man made disasters and armed conflicts without discrimination based on race religion creed or political affiliation.
- MSF has been operating in Nigeria since February 1996 under a Memorandum of Understanding with the Federal Government of Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
Develop implement and continuously improve the learning and development strategy in alignment with operational and HR priorities
- Lead annual planning and budget management for learning activities based on structured learning needs analysis
- Support managers and supervisors to identify skills gaps and create effective learning environments
- Design and implement learning solutions including training coaching mentoring onboarding and online learning
- Promote equal access to learning opportunities and foster a culture of continuous development
Requirements
Education
- Degree in Human Resources Learning and Development Organizational Development or relevant field
Experience
Minimum of two years experience in a learning and development role
- Experience in planning coordinating tracking and reporting learning activities
- Experience conducting learning needs assessments and developing learning solutions
- Previous experience with MSF or other international non governmental organizations is an advantage
Knowledge and Skills
Strong knowledge of learning and development tools methods and processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with survey tools virtual facilitation platforms and digital learning systems
- Fluency in English language required knowledge of local languages is an added advantage
Duty Station:
- Sokoto with regular travel to project locations in Abuja Sokoto and Zamfara states
