Facilitator's at VISTA Initiative
Vision for Inclusive Solutions and Transparency Initiative is recruiting qualified candidates for the position of Nigeria Learning Passport Facilitator in Bayo Kwaya Kusar and Nganzai LGAs of Borno State.
- The organization focuses on supporting vulnerable communities particularly women and children affected by conflict displacement and socio economic challenges.
Roles:
The facilitators will support learners in accessing digital content provide guidance in literacy numeracy and life skills and ensure inclusive and child friendly learning environments.
- The role also involves mentoring learners engaging with parents and community leaders and supporting out of school children to return to learning.
- In addition the facilitators will manage learning centres ensure proper use of digital devices maintain accurate attendance and progress records and contribute to monitoring and reporting activities.
- Candidates will also be required to uphold safeguarding standards and promote ethical conduct in line with organizational policies.
Qualification:
Applicants must possess a minimum of NCE Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education Social Sciences or a related field with at least 1 to 2 years experience in teaching facilitation or community education.
- Digital literacy and the ability to use mobile learning platforms are required.
- Fluency in English and local languages such as Hausa Kanuri or Shuwa Arabic is an added advantage.
- Primary & Secondary Schooling (K-12)
