- Across Sub-Saharan Africa, Ipsos works from multiple country offices to deliver evaluations.
- In addition, they provide evidence-based advisory services to donors, NGOs, governments, and corporations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate enumerator fieldwork activities
Monitor interview quality and ensure adherence to data collection protocols
- Conduct spot checks and review submitted survey data
- Provide troubleshooting support to enumerators during fieldwork
- Support implementation of field logistics
- Monitor field activities to prevent exploitation, harassment, or harm to participants
Identify, document, and report safeguarding concerns
Ensure strict adherence to safeguarding policies and ethical data collection standards
Target Candidate Profile:
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse communities
- Preference for qualified youth candidates. There is also strong encouragement for female applicants.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years experience in data collection.
- Also, experience in supervision of survey teams is required.
- Proven experience in field research and team coordination
- Ability to ensure compliance with study protocols and maintain data quality standards
- Willingness to complete safeguarding self-declaration and background checks

Qualification: Degree or HND
