The company is currently recruiting for the position of Sales Associate across multiple locations in Nigeria including:
- Abuja, Adamawa, Anambra, Bauchi, Cross River, Ekiti, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Kwara, Lagos, Niger, Ogun, Osun, Rivers, and Zamfara.
This is a full time role.
The Sales Associate will be responsible for driving revenue by generating leads, engaging customers, and ensuring smooth processing of personal loan applications.
- The role involves identifying potential clients, assessing their financial needs, and guiding public sector employees through the loan process while ensuring full compliance with Know Your Customer requirements.
The main objective is to convert leads into active loan customers and consistently meet monthly sales targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Prospecting through calls and emails, assisting customers with application processes, and managing assigned territories effectively.
- The primary target market is the Nigerian public sector, including federal, state, and paramilitary employees.
- The Sales Associate reports directly to the Sales Team Lead.
There are three role categories within this position:
The Federal Business Sales Associate focuses on providing personal loans to federal government employees such as civil servants, staff in federal ministries like education and finance, healthcare professionals in teaching hospitals, lecturers and staff in federal universities and polytechnics, as well as employees of federal agencies and parastatals.
The Paramilitary Business Sales Associate specializes in offering credit solutions to uniformed personnel such as the police, customs, road safety, fire service, correctional service, immigration, and civil defence.
- This role requires navigating structured command systems to generate a high volume of leads.
The State Business Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales among state government employees.
- This includes staff of state ministries, local government workers, teachers under state education boards, and personnel in state agencies.
The focus is on converting leads from teachers, healthcare workers, and ministry staff into loyal customers.
