3MTT Talent Registry – 3,000 Tech Jobs Available with monthly salary of ₦150k

The Federal Government-backed 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) Programme has officially opened applications for its Talent Registry, providing access to over 3,000 tech job opportunities across Nigeria.

  • Successful candidates can earn a minimum monthly salary of ₦150,000, depending on their role, skills, and placement.
  • This initiative, delivered in collaboration with National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) and Skill Ladders, is part of a broader effort to strengthen Nigeria’s digital economy.

It aims to bridge the long-standing gap between tech skill acquisition and actual employment, ensuring that trained individuals transition directly into paid roles.

What is the Talent Registry?

The Talent Registry is a structured employment pathway designed to connect skilled Nigerians with verified job opportunities in the tech ecosystem.

  • Unlike many training programs, 3MTT goes beyond learning by focusing on real job placement and income generation.

The platform currently hosts roles in areas such as:

  • Software Development
  • Data Analysis
  • Cybersecurity
  • Product Design
  • Digital Marketing
  • And other in-demand tech fields

How It Works

Applicants are required to complete a five-stage process on the Skill Ladders platform:

  • Profile registration and skill selection
  • Basic skills assessment
  • Role-specific assessment
  • Matching with relevant job opportunities
  • Final employment phase (earning stage)
  • Only candidates who successfully complete all stages will gain access to job placements and begin earning.

Why This Matters

This initiative reflects the Federal Government’s commitment to:

  • Expanding Nigeria’s digital workforce
  • Reducing youth unemployment
  • Creating sustainable income opportunities
  • Positioning Nigeria as a competitive player in the global tech ecosystem

With thousands of roles already available, the Talent Registry provides a rare opportunity for young Nigerians to turn digital skills into real income.
