Program Overview
The Bridge Program Fellowship is a comprehensive leadership accelerator that combines intensive training with long-term mentorship and career development support.

- Participants will undergo a 2-week residential bootcamp, followed by one year of structured programming, mentorship, and engagement across different career tracks.
