The Program Outcomes Assessment (POA) is a one-time survey designed to generate evidence on outcomes of programs supporting young people. 

  • It focuses on understanding their progress toward dignified and fulfilling work, including: Reliable income, Resilience, Improved quality of life.
  • Data will be collected through digital surveys and interviews to support learning, adaptation, and better decision-making.

We Are Hiring: Field Enumerators

Ideal Candidate Profile

Youth (below 35 years).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 3Respectful and culturally sensitive engagement.
  • At least 2 years experience in survey/data collection
  • Familiarity with digital data collection platforms, especially KoboCollect and CommCare
  • Women and persons with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply

Your Role

As an Enumerator, you will:

Conduct interviews using digital questionnaires.

  • Obtain informed consent from participants.
  • Record accurate and complete data.
  • Upload survey responses on time.
  • Report field challenges to supervisors.
  • Support training and pilot testing.
  • Adhere strictly to ethical and safeguarding standards.
  • Support & Team Structure

You will work under experienced Supervisors who will:

  • Ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Provide technical and field support.
  • Guide adherence to research protocols

Remuneration Package

  • Competitive time-based compensation (not per interview)

Covers:

  • Training & pilot testing days
  • Fieldwork period
  • Transport & travel allowances (where applicable)
