We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Agent

Locations: Abia, Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Cross River, Enugu, Imo, and Rivers

Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities

Enrolment Process: Guide applicants through the NIN enrollment process, ensuring accurate data collection.

Data Capture: Capture high-quality biometrics (ten fingerprints, facial image) using provided NIMC-licensed equipment.
Document Verification: Verify applicant documents (Birth Certificate, Local Government ID, Passport, etc.) to ensure authenticity.
Data Accuracy: Ensure data submitted matches the supporting documents to prevent future modifications.
Synchronization: Ensure all captured data is successfully submitted and synchronized with the NIMC backend system.
Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the security and functionality of the enrollment kit (laptop, scanner, camera).

Requirements

Education: Minimum of OND, NCE with practical experience in data entry.
Experience: Previous experience as a data capture agent, KYC agent, or working with government, bank, or telecom enrollment projects is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computers, Microsoft Windows OS, and hardware troubleshooting (camera, scanners).
Data Confidentiality: Strict adherence to data privacy and security standards.
Communication: Excellent communication skills in English and local languages relevant to the area of operation.

Remuneration:

₦150,000 per month (Fixed + Commission based).
