About the Assessment
The Program Outcomes Assessment (POA) is a one-time survey designed to generate evidence on outcomes of programs supporting young people.
- It focuses on understanding their progress toward dignified and fulfilling work, including: Reliable income, Resilience, Improved quality of life.
- Data will be collected through digital surveys and interviews to support learning, adaptation, and better decision-making.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Respectful and culturally sensitive engagement.
- At least 6 years of experience in data collection and supervision of survey teams
- Familiarity with digital data collection platforms, especially KoboCollect and CommCare
- Women and persons with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply
Your Role
As a Supervisor, you will be:
Coordinating enumerator fieldwork activities.
- Monitoring interview quality and ensuring adherence to data collection protocols.
- Conducting spot checks and reviewing submitted survey data.
- Providing troubleshooting support to enumerators during fieldwork.
- Supporting the research team in implementing field logistics.
Ensuring that safeguarding and ethical guidelines are followed.
Remuneration Package
