Ardova Plc, a leading downstream energy company in Nigeria, is recruiting Retail Station Managers across multiple locations.
- The Retail Station Manager serves as the overall lead for station operations, overseeing safety, sales, customer service, and overall business performance.
The role is responsible for coordinating financial and human resources to achieve operational and commercial targets.
Role:
To maintaining accurate data management systems for tracking sales, inventory, and financial performance, as well as preparing periodic reports.
- Additionally, the Manager will engage with internal and external stakeholders to protect the company’s reputation and ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Strong leadership is required to manage station personnel effectively, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and fostering a productive work environment.
