Candidate Requirements:
- Must be a Nigerian citizen
- Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) with at least five O’Level credits (one sitting)
- Degree in Engineering, Geology, or Geophysics
- Not more than 3 years post-graduation experience (including NYSC)
- Must be 26 years old or younger
- Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, communication, and analytical skills
