How can you make a difference?

Under the direct supervision of the Section Chief, you support in leading and coordinating programme support functions across the project cycle, specialized in planning, budgeting, CSO partnership management, monitoring, reporting, and closing‑out financial commitments. 

  • The role ensures that programme activities are technically robust, financially sound, and fully compliant with UNICEF policies and donor agreement. 
  • You contribute for informed decisions by presenting synthesized data, flagging risks, and recommending corrective measures, to achieve results aligning with programme goals.

Minimum Requirements

Education: Completion of secondary education is required.

Work Experience: At least 7 years of relevant work experience in Administration, programme support, supply, supply chain, partnership .

Skills: planning and interpersonal skills, strong coordination skills, ability to apply rules and exercise sound judgement, strong MS Office skills.

Language Requirements: Fluency in English is required.

Desirables

Language: Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) or a local language

  • Related university course, UNICEF ERP systems, supply-related modules, UNICEF office tools, UNICEF office procedures
  • Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.

Qualification: Secondary School (SSCE)
