Key Responsibilities
Monitor and track resource mobilization work plans
- Support development and review of funding frameworks
- Coordinate implementation of mobilization strategies across programmes
- Work closely with Monitoring & Evaluation teams
- Facilitate collaboration and reduce duplication of efforts
- Support capacity-building initiatives for AU Member States
- Maintain strong internal coordination and stakeholder engagement
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
Hold a degree in Economics, Statistics, Development Studies, Public Finance, Monitoring & Evaluation, or a related field
- Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Be able to work across diverse teams and cultural environments
- Be proficient in at least one AU official language (English, French, Arabic, Portuguese, Spanish, Kiswahili)
