Role Overview
We are recruiting Area Business Managers to drive sales growth, portfolio performance, and market expansion within assigned territories.
- The role is responsible for leading and supervising Senior Sales Executives and Territory Managers, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and business objectives across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Senior Sales Executives and Territory Managers within the assigned territory.
- Drive sales performance, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute territory growth strategies.
- Monitor portfolio quality and support recovery efforts where necessary.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present regular sales and performance reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant discipline.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or territory management within financial services.
- Proven experience leading and managing sales teams.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving business targets.
