Bagco Graduates Trainee Program
Bagco Packaging Solutions Limited, a subsidiary of Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc and one of Africa’s leading manufacturers of premium packaging materials, is inviting applications from qualified and motivated candidates for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Program and other technical roles based in Kano, Nigeria.
Established in 1972, Bagco has built a strong reputation in the production of polypropylene woven sacks, flexible packaging solutions, and rigid plastic containers.

Available Graduate Trainee disciplines include:
- Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Polymer and Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and Chemistry or related fields.
Eligibility:
To be eligible, applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant discipline, have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or obtained an exemption certificate, and must have no more than one year of post-NYSC experience.
- Candidates are also expected to demonstrate strong academic performance, good communication skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
