Role Overview
- The Customer Service Officer will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and professional banking experience.
- The role requires individuals who are proactive, solution-driven, and committed to delivering exceptional service while maintaining the bank’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service and handle enquiries promptly and professionally

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any relevant discipline

- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently
Qualification: OND, HND or Degree
