We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Field Sales Representative (Bike Rider)
Locations:
- Abuja (FCT), Abia, Adamawa, Anambra, Bauchi, Benue, Cross River , Ekiti, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Lagos, Ogun, Ondo, Oyo, Sokoto, Taraba, and Zamfara
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Visit customers and outlets within assigned territories using a bike
Promote and sell company products to new and existing customers
- Generate and process customer orders accurately
- Deliver products promptly and ensure proper documentation of deliveries
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify new sales opportunities within assigned routes
- Collect payments where applicable and ensure proper reconciliation
- Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and customer feedback
Report daily activities, challenges, and market insights to the supervisor.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND (or equivalent) with 2-5 years experience.
- Previous experience in sales, distribution, or field marketing is an advantage
- Ability to ride a bike with a valid rider’s permit (where required)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills.
Salary:
- ₦140,000 / Month + Commission if applicable.
