First Bank 2026 Pan-African Graduate Trainee Programme
FirstBank of Nigeria has announced the 2026 Pan-African Graduate Trainee Programme for Nigerian graduates.
The programme is designed to develop young professionals into future leaders within the banking and financial services sector across Africa.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered for the programme:
- Applicants must be a maximum of 27 years old by 30 June 2026
- A minimum of five credits in the Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (SSCE), including English Language and Mathematics
- A minimum of Second-Class Honours (Lower Division) degree or Upper Credit in HND in any discipline
- Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme on or before 30 June 2026
In addition to academic qualifications, candidates are expected to possess strong competencies including excellent communication skills, analytical thinking ability, strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
