Extension Africa is currently seeking to recruit experienced and highly motivated agricultural professionals to fill the position of State Coordinators across five key states in Nigeria:
- Oyo, Nasarawa, Gombe, Sokoto, and Adamawa.

- The State Coordinator role is a strategic field-based position responsible for driving agricultural development initiatives at the state level.

Role Overview
The State Coordinators will be responsible for overseeing field operations within their assigned states, ensuring effective coordination of farmer networks, extension agents, and partner organizations.

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will lead the development and expansion of farmer and agent networks, ensuring strong participation and engagement across target communities.
- They will coordinate training programs for farmers and field agents, focusing on the adoption of modern agricultural practices and the deployment of digital advisory tools.
- In addition, the State Coordinators will play a key role in building and maintaining strategic partnerships with government institutions, private sector organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.
- These partnerships are essential for enhancing program reach, resource mobilization, and long-term sustainability.
- The role also involves supporting farmers’ access to markets, financial services, and agricultural inputs.
- Coordinators will work to identify barriers within the value chain and facilitate solutions that improve productivity and profitability for farmers.

Requirements
