Role Overview

The PPM (Public-Private Mix) Cluster Coordinator will support the State Program Officer in managing data and improving tuberculosis (TB) case detection and reporting within private health facilities. 

  • The role focuses on ensuring quality data collection, strengthening service delivery, and enhancing collaboration between private healthcare providers and public health systems.

Key Responsibilities

Support the engagement of private health facilities for TB case identification and management

  • Provide technical oversight and guidance to private healthcare facilities
  • Assist linkage coordinators in supervising and supporting participating facilities
  • Collect, collate, and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly data
  • Validate submitted data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability
  • Conduct data harmonization with local government TB supervisors
  • Promote effective use of digital tools such as the MATS App for TB screening
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of TB-related activities
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications

  • Candidates must possess an HND or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. A Master’s degree will be considered an added advantage.

Experience & Skills

Applicants should have 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably with development organizations or health-focused foundations. 

  • Experience in TB programs is an added advantage.
