Endeavortyes Limited is seeking a highly experienced and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory control, coordinating dispatch activities, and supervising warehouse staff to ensure efficient and accurate operations.
Role Purpose
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, inventory management, and team supervision.
- The role requires ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining inventory accuracy, and enforcing compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will supervise the receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods while ensuring all processes are carried out efficiently.
- They will maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure consistency and accountability.
- Monitoring stock movement and ensuring proper documentation of all warehouse transactions will also be a key responsibility.
- In addition, the Warehouse Supervisor will lead, train, and manage warehouse staff to achieve operational targets while maintaining high performance standards.
- The role involves enforcing warehouse safety procedures and ensuring compliance with company policies at all times.
- The candidate will coordinate closely with the Sales and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery of goods.
- Maintaining warehouse organization, cleanliness, and proper arrangement of goods is essential.
The successful candidate will also be expected to identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve overall efficiency.
Requirements
Applicants must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience managing warehouse operations, preferably in FMCG, auto parts, heavy goods, or related industries.
- Experience handling bulky items and managing large SKU volumes will be considered an added advantage.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of inventory management systems and stock control processes.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience in the tire industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
